DEMOCRACY AND THE POWER GROUPS
Most of the people in the West are watching the events in Egypt, North Africa and the Middle East where they see dictatorships being resisted by millions of common people.
These Westerners believe that they belong to Democracies, where the people control their governments. Yet, today, in the U.S., many are beginning to realize that their representatives listen more to the dictates of big businesses, such as Insurance Companies and Labor Unions and Oil Companies, and not to the voices of the people.
We know that the countries of the West are not true democracies, but, rather, representative governments, where the representatives design laws that will help their nation as a whole, and not just help small groups of people. Can the people of the West be wrong?
Can the so called Democracies of the West be Dictatorships in a disguised form?
I say Yes! The Democracies of the West are modified forms of Dictatorships. These so called Democracies are, in reality, Dictatorships ruled by hidden groups and ruled by collective persuasion and not by open decree.
The Dictatorships of the West rule by the use of three mechanisms:
1. They allow only chosen people to become representatives, presidents or members of the judiciary.
2. They totally control the media, and use constant omnipresent propaganda to convince the majority of the population to agree with their chosen representatives.
3. They indoctrinate the children of their countries, through their educational system, with false premises which allows them to agree to the dictates of the representatives that they have chosen.
Forty percent of Congress are millionaires. Do they represent the poor?
(An example of the mind-control is the use of “Stars” such as the “Clintons”, the “Bushes” and a host of famous T.V. stars, who inform the people what they should think. The Power Groups are descendants of the Movie Moguls who ran Hollywood, where the “Star” system evolved. These moguls ran Warner Bros, MGM, Paramount and United Artists. Their sons and daughters today run the U.S.)
HOW DID THIS COME ABOUT? NO COMMUNICATIONS
Up until twenty years ago there was no universal way for people to communicate. Although there was mail and telephones, the masses could not make their voices heard in government. A century ago there was no telephone.
Representatives were the only means of forming a democratic government.
Of course, these representatives were bribed by people and groups and they voted for whatever their benefactors wanted.
After a short period of time, wealthy people did not want competition, so they formed Parties and only people loyal to these Parties would run for office. The people had no choice as to whom their representatives would be.
All the wars entered into by the U.S. and most European countries had as their purpose the enrichment of the rich benefactors of the representatives.
NATURAL WEALTH
The U.S. and Europe were blessed with natural wealth in the form of arable land, minerals, energy sources and hard working people.
Until thirty years ago, this wealth made the populations happy and contented and indifferent to the activities of their governments. The people of the West were, in essence, contented swine.
It was not until the greed of the representatives and their rich benefactors became so all encompassing that not only was most of the natural wealth dissipated, but contracts were entered into that made western individuals and their governments debtors for the foreseeable future.
Then the fabric of the democratic representative governments began to fray.
POWER GROUPS
As countries grew larger in terms of population, which is a natural phenomenon across the world, wealthy individuals lost their power, to Power Groups who had very close interests. These small groups of like minded individuals took over the Parties and the Media and help pave the pathway to destruction that occurred in the last thirty years.
They became the major cause of the ruin of the West and remain the greatest obstacle for the resurrection of the West.
THE AGE OF MASS COMMUNICATION
The age of the internet and the cell phone with all its variations occurred during the 1990′s although its development started almost forty years earlier. This age continues into the present, and as we see in North Africa and the Middle East, it is replacing dictatorship and representative governments.
This technology may save mankind from the economic and social destruction caused by representative governments and their power Groups.
Today, with the Internet, every citizen can vote directly for his own legislation. He can decide whether to increase or lower taxes; whether to fight in Afghanistan or go home. Representatives are no longer needed. Governments are no longer needed. Waste and corruption can be mandated by the people to disappear!
A large part will depend on the innate intelligence of humans.
Will they recognize truth when they hear it? Or will they fall prey to clever and imaginative lies and be seduced into their destruction?
We will see shortly. Egypt is the first test.
