FIVE FOODS TO LIVE TO BE 110 YEARS OLD
The following link shows a video that shows an African-American man describing how he lived to be 110 years old. He is obviously in great health, look at his skin, and may live another 20 years…

The man, Bernando LaPallo, whose father was a doctor and who lived to be 98, taught Bernando to eat five foods, which Bernando did.
BERNANDO LAPALLO
Those five foods are:
1. chocolate;
2. cinnamon;
3. honey;
4. garlic and
5. olive oil.
He also says: avoid beef, but eat lamb and veggies. Keep your brain sharp by reading.
If you watch the video you will see he had a neurological condition that causes his legs to tremble.
As for his prescription for longevity, I personally follow 3 of 5 recommendations. I haven’t taken cinnamon and honey. But, I will now. I am now mixing cinnamon, honey and chocolate in my morning coffee.
In previous articles I have extolled the benefits of garlic, olive oil and chocolate. I researched honey yesterday, and discovered the Manuka Honey of New Zealand, which is super antibiotic. After further research into the mechanisms of the Manuka honey, I will provide the reader with evidence of its benefits. I know already that it is quite expensive for a honey.
As an added note, the reader should realize that Bernando has good genes. His father must have been extremely intelligent to go to medical school in the U.S.A. or Europe in a period when there was great discrimination against African Americans, particularly in the U.S.A.
