GLOBAL ECONOMIC PARALYSIS

GLOBAL ECONOMIC PARALYSIS

“Paralysis” is a medical condition where the brain can be functioning but the muscles do not contract. There are many causes of “Paralysis” but ultimately a message is not connecting from the brain and through the nerves to the muscles. As the muscles stop functioning they start to lose their mass and ultimately they die or become small and useless. Economic paralysis is simliar.

Global economic paralysis

THE WORLD–FULL OF CHIMPANZEES –OUR CLOSE RELATIVES

Doctors look for these “atrophic” muscles when they examine a patient.  If they find one or a group of small non-functioning muscles they then try to determine where the message was interrupted.  It could be in the brain from an “infarct” (dead tissue) or from a loss of transmitter molecules or the nerve itself might be dead.

The most common cause of paralysis is caused by a STROKE. A stroke kills off large numbers of neurons that control muscles and paralysis ensues. And yet, another type of paralysis occurs when a patient thinks he has a stroke, but his nerves are functioning yet his conscious ability to move his muscles is inhibited by his fear to move.

THIS IS CALLED “HYSTERIA”

Hysteria is quite common and it occurs in individuals and also in societies.

However, the cause of the Global Economic Paralysis is not Hysteria. As we will see there are four obvious causes. They can be easily understood by the reader.

All societies are afraid to change their behavior.

Why?

Many people benefit tremendously from inefficient behavior (by not working yet being paid by the government), and most others are so ignorant and so frightened of changing the rules of their society that they refuse to even think of or consider changing customs that have existed for long periods of time.

This is the state of the world society today, and this inability to change old customs plays a major role in the societal disease that I call: Global Economic Paralysis.

When a patient is almost totally paralyzed and there is no way to correct the messaging system, the patient will ultimately die much earlier than normal. In the interim his bodily functions become very primitive. The economy of a business or a country or the entire world is quite similar to a patient.

Muscles in the form of businesses must work to make goods or perform services in every country or the world will ultimately die and return to a state of a very primitive civilization where governments, like the brain, lose control of their citizens.

In 2012 we are seeing this slowly happen to the economies of all the countries of the world. Workers are becoming unemployed everywhere, business everywhere is slowing and all individuals, businesses and countries cannot pay their debts.

This is global economic paralysis and there are FOUR distinct and obvious causes for the paralysis.

The world is like a patient who has something terrible happening in his brain.  The paralysis of his muscles is all encompassing—there is no way to escape the paralysis unless drastic medicine used.  This medicine has never been tried before, and most people would be frightened to try it now.

However, if something distinctly different as a societal remedy is not applied now, the prognosis for the world’s economy and the welfare of the world’s citizens would be very poor.

WHAT ARE THE FOUR CAUSES OF THE ECONOMIC PARALYSIS?

The FOUR causes of economic paralysis are obvious and irrefutable.

They are: Overpopulation, Technological Advances, Inability to understand and communicateand  Unequal distribution of wealth.

OVER POPULATION

There are seven billion people on the Planet Earth today. One third of these people are workers. The others are children, the aged, the disabled, government parasites and independent parasites.

The number of workers who actually work , working at their normal schedules can produce more goods and services than the total human population could possibly use. This is mostly due to the Technological advances which we will discuss below.

This excess production is one of the three reasons we are entering Economic Paralysis.

Ordinarily, one worker makes sufficient quantities of a product or service for his own needs, but in addition makes enough more of a product or service so that the corporation that hires the worker can sell the excess and make a profit.

That is the fundamental basis of all business everywhere on this planet. Workers are not looked upon as free and equal human beings. From the point of view of the employer workers are seen as machines or they are looked upon as slaves that produce profits for the owner of the business.

This has been the case since the beginning of civilization. There is a tightly engrained belief in all humans that if an entrepreneur hires workers these workers are his monetary slaves and if they do not want his pay for services they are free to leave.

The following is the fundamental basis of capitalism:

A person or group with capital has an idea for producing a product or service for society, they hire workers, buy materials, produce the product or service and then market the product or service to the public for a profit.

Sometime they fail—but frequently they succeed. Their reward is their profit less their costs including taxes for the parasites which we call government.

government

GOVERNMENT IS MOSTLY PARASITIC BECAUSE IT PRODUCES NOTHING.

However, it is necessary in order to enforce law and order and defend the country against attack by other countries.

Governments today are leaving these basic duties and are rapidly eliminating the rights and liberties of the individual. This is the usual historical precurser to dictatorship.

The reward for the entrepreneurs is vastly greater than the reward for the workers.

This major discrepancy in reward is based on the belief that the entrepreneur is a talented individual like an artist and that he risks his own capital to start and maintain the business. In addition, the entrepreneur works longer hours than the worker and uses his creativity to make the business succeed and grow.

This is the explanation why humans accept extreme discrepancies in reward between the worker and the entrepreneur.

To a degree this reasoning if fair and just. But, when an entrepreneur or group of investors makes thousands of times or millions of times the earnings of the  workers earnings this is no longer fair.

Worst of all, these extreme discrepancies are the cause of economic paralysis. The worker is an integral and essential part of the economic process. If he is not compensated equitably, the entire process fails.

Why?

The worker is also the consumer.

If the worker has no purchasing power, the production of goods and service is a futile and worthless act. We are seeing this failure today.

TECHNOLOGY

The population of the world is not homogeneous in terms of intellectual ability, talents and the propensity to work.

There are enormous discrepancies between the people with genetic talents for intelligence, skills and problem solving.

In addition, intelligent people always have a desire to work. Unintelligent people rarely want to work. Their major desire is to eat, to sleep, to play simple games and to havc sex.

This is well known to everybody. Politicians seeking the votes of these “chimpanzees” deny this description and claim : “Everyone is equal.”

The only “equality” found in human beings is that we are all born and we all die.

While  we are alive we are as different as lions and mice.

Some of us work like slaves, (a very minor number) whilst the great majority look at work as a rude interruption to their sleeping or beer drinking or having sex.

Remember this, because it is a root cause to the weakness of change in society.

Lazy chimpanzees do not want changes. It they have enough food to survive and play they are happy.

The ratio of talented people to people who can barely survive because their intelligence and skills are so low that they cannot create anything or repair anything, verges on a ratio of 20,000 to 30,00o chimpanzees to one talented person!

For example: Almost everyone can drive a car or operate a smart phone or operate a computer. But less than one person in 20,000 can repair these devices. How often have you seen a disabled car on the road with the hood up and a chimpanzee staring at the intricate motor. Soon, he pulls out his smart phone and dials 911.

If the intelligent people of this planet suddenly disappeared, the rest of humanity would quickly return to living as savages in the jungle.

We must understand that the species Homo Sapiens is a small step above chimpanzees in their abilities to design, manufacture and repair our technological products.

Fortunately for species of Homo Sapiens (or unfortunately) God provided a tiny percentage of humans with extraordinary talents that allows them to compose music, solve the intricacies of mathematics and design and produce technology which allows the human-chimpanzees to drive cars, operate smart phones. operate televisions and communicate to each other is rudimentary types of speech.

They even sing in this manner, calling their music “Rap” which refers to knocking at a door.

The people that listen nod their head rhythmically and close their eyes.

And, since the great majority of humans are one tiny step above chimpanzees it has been extremely easy for the few talented entrepreneurs use them as slaves and reward them with the lowest price possible.

MOST IMPORTANTLY!

The talented humans, although  a tiny minority invent and create technology that multiplies the productivity of the worker. The creations of the talented few allow the untalented workers to multiply their productivity thereby creating vast numbers of products and even services beyond what the consumer can pay for, or, in many cases, what the consumer can use.

This is the second cause for economic paralysis, because the technology diminishes the need for human services. These workers become unemployed and essentially paralyzed.

Unemployed workers are dependent on state aid for survival. Thus these unemployed workers will vote for anyone who promises them employment.

INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE

Today, because of the ingenuity and hard work of talented people such as Steve Jobs and the people in the Apple Corporation, human beings have countless ways of communicating to each other.

If we look around, we see that we are communicating constantly.

However, there is a serious problem with this communication: MOST OF THE COMMUNICATION IS IRRATIONAL AND UNREALISTIC.

Although we speak, listen and respond, the messages sent and recieved are  not representative of reality.  What we say, hear and understand are almost always emotional comments or requests.

This fact is extremely important!

Birds, fish and monkeys are constantly  c0mmunicating with each other, but their communications deal with food, predators and reproduction. Communicating ideas requires education which is a socially diminishing activity.

INEQUALITY OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH

In the History of mankind, there have been only three great thinkers who have recognized that the unequal distribution of wealth is the primary cause of economic paralysis.

Karl Marx was the most discerning of these three economists. He instantly recognized that unless wealth is equitably distributed; that is, not equally distributed, but fairly distributed so that the worker has sufficient capital to buy enough of the products he produces so that a surplus does not accumulate and paralysis does not intervene.

Karl Marx recommended that a government be created which would “Give to each according to his need and take from each according to his ability.” This probably the most stupid suggestion in the history of economic thought!

As we saw in the USSR, the chimpanzees stopped working entirely and the talented people fled the country. In spite of a murderous dictatorship, this insane system collapsed in less than 80 years. And yet, there are still idiots around the world proclaiming that Communism is the only path to Nirvana on the planet.

karl marx

Marx’s  solution to the problem was totally inadequate. Marx believed that humans are honest, altruistic and unselfish.  These assumptions fly directly in the face of reality.

Humans, as a whole have none of these attributes. Humans, like all other animals, are greedy, avaricious, corrupt and heartless.  They will kill their neighbor for any reason that benefits themselves; whether it is wealth or simply less time in working.

People in government are the worst of all people. These clever parasites are endowed with skills in convincing vast numbers of people to allow them to rob and degrade the chimpanzee-like humans whom they govern.

They offer the chimpanzees promises of riches, security and abundant pleasures, which they know they cannot provide. The chimpanzees believe these promises and allocate more power to these parasites.

It is to be noted that Plato believed that simply educating talented people, one could achieve a Republic where happiness would be everywhere.

Aristotle, the third great thinker, agreed with Plato. He felt that only educated, talented and wealthy people should be rulers.

These beliefs are the antithesis of modern government.  Today, we believe that the “common man” should vote and decide who will rule.  This modern belief has led to constant warfare and, in most countries, poverty which is hidden by obtaining enormous loans from the financial markets.

The economic paralysis in Europe, the USA and Latin America may not have been present had we had an educated electorate and intelligent electorate.  In those small countries where the electorate is educated and intelligent we see economic success.

THE FOURTH AND ULTIMATE CAUSE OF ECONOMIC PARALYSIS: PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY

( The Fourth Cause of Economic Paralysis is the most difficult to cure.)

When we use the term “Property” we do not mean only land or real estate—we mean any asset that has monetary value.

This could be physical assets like gold and precious metals, paper contracts like stock, bonds, intellectual property such as patents, trademarks, AND “Fake Agreements” between the individual and governments.

These “Fake Agreements” are extremely popular today. They are called: “Charitable Trusts.”

Every billionaire in the world uses them. Ostensibly they are a form of charity or philantrophy. In reality, they are a trick to make the director and his family avoid paying taxes.

For example we see Messers, Buffet, Gates, Soros, etc.  stash away billions to be used by their heirs; ostensibly to help the poor, but in reality to provide a safe haven for their riches.

Most citizens cannot even understand these sophisticated tricks of conserving private assets. The citizens believe that these billionaires are trying to help the poor, the needy or to cure disease.

Add it all together and we see that the extremely small minority is becoming super wealthy, to the point that this wealth can no longer be utilized to form new businesses and hence employ more labor.

This quandary, extreme wealth in the hands of very few, and millions of workers unable to find work has occurred six times in history of mankind.

Owning private property is excellent when it serves  the needs of one family.

george soros

GEORGE SOROS

But owning property which has values beyond which no family could ever utilize, it becomes a form of robbery from society.

All rulers and all wealthy people want to hoard so much private property that they infringe on the ability of society to use those assets.

The aristocrats around the world, and churches, and the oligarchs of every country accumulate immense wealth which is withdrawn from the functioning of free markets and the function of creating businesses and jobs and paying for the maintenance of the infrastructure that benefits all citizens.

It is at this point that private property should revert to public property so that entrepreneurs can create businesses and jobs.

Instead, the clever  billionaires devise infinite methods of keeping their private property forever theirs.

The benefits of these assets become lost to the public from whence they came and the disparity between the rich and poor grows greater.

THIS DISPARITY CREATES THE ECONOMIC PARALYSIS THAT WE CALL “GREAT DEPRESSIONS”

The solution to this disease is to take most of the property back at the death of the owner and returning that quantity directly to the public–definitely not to the government.

The exact same process happened to the Romans and led to the fall of The Roman Empire, whose fall was followed by four centuries of economic paralysis known as “The Dark Ages.”

Roman Democracy was replaced by Roman Aristocracy. and within decades the Roman people became corrupt and lazy.

It also happened to a lesser degree with the falls of the French, Spanish and British empires, again succeeded by economic paralysis.

Because of the population explosion in the early Twentieth Century, the four causes named above took on a ferocity never known before.

The  world economy dove into a wide paralysis during the 1930’s.

The hidden money of the wealthy was no where to be found. The wealthy feared the advent of Communism which took place in Russia. Rather than use this wealth to provide business with capital and to create jobs, the wealth was stashed in Switzerland, Shanghai, Luzenbourg and islands of the Caribbean.

The Great Depression would have lasted decades but the Second world War intervened.

Today, because the world population is much greater the World Depression of 2008 will last for hundreds of years unless the citizens and their rulers decide to change the formula.

Because technology has produced the cell phone and social media, there is  a much greater chance of changing the future.

All over the world Facebook and Twitter is pushing the desires and the needs of the common people.

Poorpeople  have succeeded in eradicating dictators in the countries of the Middle East.

However, because the common citizen is so uneducated, misinformed and brain washed by constant propaganda, the aristocrats might trick them into letting them keep their wealth.

This would perpetuate the economic paralysis.

GREAT DEPRESSION

GREAT DEPRESSION ICONIC PHOTO

Whatever happens, the change over that would allow workers to work few hours but to receive full pay is an absolute necessity.

Any reasonable person understands this, but our history and our  value systems all reject his change.

Unless we change or we enter into a slow downward spiral leading to the brutal conditions of living in a primitive world where all the putative benefits of technology will not exist.

It is possible that God wants humans to go back to nature.

We see that the least intellectual males are marrying intelligent females sand producing large numbers of children.

It has already transpired throughout Europe. The extremely bright Ancient Greeks and the extremely organized, disciplined and erudite Romans are today brown skinned partly educated citizens whose only talents are corruption and avoidances of taxes.

All of Europe and the USA is rapidly falling socially and educationally into the depths of an era like the “Dark Ages.”

In contrast, China and the rest of Asia are becoming charged with energy and hard work.

In summary, Europe and the USA and all the South American countries are becoming uneducated and non-productive whilst Asia is moving ahead under the blanket of Chinese Dictatorial Communism.

A true cure will await the workers of China demanding and obtaining their share of the wealth.

ALL OF THESE CHANGES WILL TAKE DECADES. BE PREPARED TO WAIT—AND SOLVE YOUR PERSONAL SITUATION  AS BEST YOU CAN.
