SHOOTING AN UNARMED MAN IN THE HEAD…
The military group known as the SEALS are an elite fighting force that has undergone the most intensive and rigorous training. Men selected for this force must be highly intelligent, physically in superb shape and have personalities of steel.
When these men go on a mission they do not make errors. They, also, do not make up their own plans spontaneously. A mission is rehearsed scrupulously, and every detail is known in advance. There is no room for error. There are no impromptu actions.
In the case of Osama bin Laden, his killing was ordered in advance. The Navy Seal who pulled the trigger had strict orders from his commanders, and those commanders had strict orders from the Power Group that controls Washington. There would be no deviation from that order. He would be killed if he were lying helpless on a stretcher. He would be shot in the head under any and all circumstances.
There is no question about this. There is a momentous question whether the Power Group which ordered his assassination made a great irrevocable error.
OSAMA WAS DESTINED TO DIE
A man who orchestrates the deaths of over 3000 civilians will be killed by the government which has responsibility for the safety of those citizens.
After the Second World War, the men who worked with Hitler and who were responsible for the death of millions were also killed.
But the countries which defeated Germany knew that they must follow the principles of Law. These countries were not dictatorships or small oligarchies. Their guiding principle was the principle of law.
No matter how heinous the crime, the criminal must be given a trial, and if foundguilty, a punishment determined by the judges of the trial would be administered.
These famous trials are known as the Nuremberg Trials. There was much controversy concerning their establishment and their jurisdiction, but they went forward and served as a platform for the trials that are now taking place in the Hague with accused from Serbia and other countries of the world.
The Power Group in Washington is fully aware of the Nuremberg trials and their subsequent successors in The Hague. The Power Group, for political purposes, decided to ignore this legal route and take a route that would end in a fait accompli.
Their orders to the Navy Seals were simple: Execute him! This has been done.
Now, the U.S. stands before the world as the first country to sidestep the rule of law and punish whomever they wish in any manner they wish.
The legal mentors around the world will have to change their opinion about the manner in which the U.S. treats alleged criminals. Economically, this may have been a costly assassination.
