THE FIRST STEP–UNDERSTANDING!
If you understand, you’re half way there. If you do not understand, you can’t even start.
The world is composed of molecules, and so is your body. Molecules are the building blocks of everything we know except in the Spiritual World. Our bodies are made of molecules. As we live, those molecules are destroyed or removed. If we don’t replace them, we die.
Replacing those molecules is called eating and drinking. If we eat exactly what we lost we will remain young and healthy. If we do not, we will age and die.
It is just like repairing a house. As the tiles and timbers break and fall apart, we must replace them. If we replace them exactly as they were, the house will always be the same.
All buildings and all bodies in the Universe are made of three composing molecules:
1. Structural Molecules. Proteins.
2. Energy Molecules. Fats and Starches.
3. Connecting Molecules. Bones. Skins and Screws and Nails. Also known as Vitamins and Minerals.
The Proteins build our organs and muscles. The Fats and Starches provide the energy to move anything and everything. The Connectors make all the links between the protein molecules.
EATING REPLACES THE LOST MOLECULES
We eat only what we need!
If we have excess fat, we do not eat more. If we break down protein molecules, we replace them. If we break down or use up connectors or connective tissue molecules we replace them.
If we have too much fat, we will eat mostly protein and minerals. Since it is necessary to dissolve molecules in order to move them around, we will drink enough water.
OUR EASY TO UNDERSTAND PLAN
A few calculations:
1. How much do we weigh?
2. How much do we want to weigh?
We know that we can only spend a finite amount of energy in a day.
If we do not exercise then we can only spend the amount of energy necessary to keep us alive. This is known as our BASAL METABOLIC RATE.
If we do not exercise we should not eat more energy than this quantity.
Remember, you must always replace the proteins or building blocks first. You have energy molecules in your body. You must also replace vitamins and minerals, the connectors.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Here is the secret number…ONE KILO OF FAT IS WORTH 9000 CALORIES! To burn off one kilo of fat, you must use 9000 extra calories. You need a certain number of calories to stay alive, to breath, let your heart beat and keep your body warm.
As mentioned, this is your BASAL METABOLISM. IF YOU WANT TO BURN OFF TEN KILOS OF FAT YOU MUST BURN UP 90,000 CALORIES.
Figure up how many calories you are willing to burn in a day and then divide that number into 90,000 and that is the number of days to burn off 10 kilos of fat. Burning an extra 1000 calories per day is a lot.
However, as an example, by burning an extra 1000 calories every day, it would take 90 days, or three months, to lose 10 kilos.
More realistically, if you burned an extra 300 calories per day, which is two hours of medium exercise, it would take 300 days to lose 10 kilos. This is reasonable.
A STRICT PLAN
Before you start, educate yourself on what is fat, carbohydrate and protein.
Eat almost all protein. Eat no fat. Eat about 10 percent carbohydrate. You must eat a little carbohydrate to keep your body from becoming acidic.
This is important! Pure protein when used as food produces acid. This acid interferes with thinking. By eating 10 percent carbs, this is avoided.
This formula is simple to understand and to follow. You will lose weight easily and always look good, since your important molecules will be replaced.
