THE U.S. DOLLAR IS KAPUT!
It is all over the Internet and the media, today, Monday, October 12, 2009, the U.S.Dollar is unwanted by the Central Banks of the World.
HERE IS THE FAMOUS JIM ROGERS
Every intelligent and serious investor in the World is getting out of U.S.Dollars and into good currencies, Gold or other commodities. But the American verbal defenders are talking away like a flock of screaming Parrots! Each one imitating and squawking louder than the other.
You can hear them everywhere. They not only talk alike, they look alike–with exception of the NOBEL ACTOR HUSSEIN OBAMA who reads his line from the teleprompters very carefully.
HEAR THEM TALK AND SQUAWK
All the talking heads, the American Money Managers, the ones who concocted the U.S. Economic Disaster… Bernanke, Sommers, Geithner etc, are everywhere, shouting that “It’s not true!” and trying to convince the World that the U.S.Dollar represents a country with value.
The people of the world are not very bright, but they are not totally stupid. They see a Land, filled with people who, not only are uneducated, but hate education and hate work. Whose leader goes on T.V. every other hour, extolling the virtues of a government which will provide everything to everybody, by Printing Money.
THE U.S. HAS BECOME A REFLECTION OF ZIMBABWE!
Governments cannot support their populations!
When a government prints money in order to solve an economic problem, it adds to the problem. The printing of money debases the currency and makes its value drop on the world market. The country’s exports lose value. The country’s prestige loses value. The country’s political power loses value. The country becomes an object of ridicule in the world.
INERTIA
Because the world has used the U.S. Dollar for close to eighty years as a reserve currency, there is a strong tendency to continue to use it. This is the Inertia Factor of any change in the universe. Whether it is strictly physical or simply an economic or social event, the Laws of Physics prevail.
People continue to think in the manner which they have learned to think in the past. People must adjust their minds and memories to new concepts. The old concept persists, just as a heavy boat continues to float in the old direction, even after the rudder has been turned.
But when the rudder changes, the ship ultimately will turn. We will see the U.S. Dollar disappear as the World’s Reserve Currency as the U.S. becomes an extension of the Latin American countries of the Western Hemisphere. The people of the U.S., demographically and numerically, are Latin Americans.
Their government behaves like a Latin American government. Printing money is the typical solution to an economic crisis in Latin America. It is unlikely that the people of the world want a reserve currency with such a weak foundation.
